CEF - SOU Avis 

The order was for parts to complete a kitchen fit out.
It was easy to order on line and the items were delivered within a day or so, which was quicker than they had said.

Went into the branch showed what part was required, helped me order part online, next day it turned up , wrong part, so went back to branch explained, not very helpful, would not use again

My company and I have been using CEF Southampton for a couple of years now.

By far the best wholesaler I wouldn't use anyone else.

Since around May I've noticed a huge improvement in all areas such as better items in stock and a high amount of stock which suits the needs of my company.

The staff are always helpful and most of all happy and you can have a good laugh with all of them.

It's a pleasure to walk through the doors of Cef Southampton.

They always look after me on price once again this has improved since around May time which is an important part of how I choose my wholesaler.

They always have what I need in stock which is essential for any reactive maintenance which we do regularly.

They are always on time when I have a delivery and are more than happy to deliver it at a moments notice.

I can't see me ever using another wholesaler as long as I'm working.

First time I've used CEF.
Placed order on-line as Guest to pick up in-store.
Went to store a few days later and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very quick to pick up my order.

Great service as always from CEF Southampton, Really helpful & knowledgeable staff.

We have recently partnered with CEF and have found them to be a reliable, competitive supplier.

Click & Collect order from CEF Southampton (8 x 2G11 LED 20W). When I got home 1 of them had been replaced with a used 55W Fluorescent Lamp inside. I had travelled from Bournemouth, as there wasn’t any there, so I emailed customer services to sort it out and have heard nothing since. c£15 on a used lamp which wont work in a LED fitting and no response isn’t great. Tbh I shouldn’t have to check when collecting that the goods in the boxes haven’t been replaced with something else.

4stars because I went to your shop to buy,wanted to pay cash but only took card payment. I think you should have a choice

I was wary about using the online service for ordering materials, but it has been a god send for me. It takes me about 30 to 45 mins each week to place orders and the delivery next day saves me hassle.
Being able to access previous orders and the fact you can click on previous items is great.
All staff I deal with online or within any branch are friendly and very helpful.

This review is regarding SAM at CEF Southampton (Totton) - we are a regular CEF customer and now use them as our primary supplier, mainly for the Customer service and honest pricing that we receive. Sam is super, he always has a cherry greeting even when the branch is under pressure, he understands exactly what I am after even when I say things like "one of my sparkys has asked me to get "a 227mm hole thingy", his knowledge of all the products is huge, if it's not in stock he will find it, arrange to get if from CEF online or seek an alternative and even carries stuff out to my car.
