I bought a ladies folding bike. Living too far away to visit, I rang the store at Nottingham a couple of times to ask questions before I bought it. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And most importantly, after sales queries were also excellent.
The bike was also quick delivery. A trusted company and thank you.

I just visited cycle king store in…
I just visited cycle king store in Luton.I had problem with my cycle front light.The gentle man gave me very good customer service.I asked him do I owe some money.He said no it’s all ok.There service is perfect and professional.Full marks to them.Its absolutely amazing

I tried to purchase a bike on their website, however at the checkout it said collection only and I live at the other side of the country. I sent them an email expressing my desire to purchase a bike from them, they rang me and arranged for the bike to be posted out to my home address. They were really helpful, I am delighted with the customer service and my purchase. Thank you
