I tried to purchase a bike on their website, however at the checkout it said collection only and I live at the other side of the country. I sent them an email expressing my desire to purchase a bike from them, they rang me and arranged for the bike to be posted out to my home address. They were really helpful, I am delighted with the customer service and my purchase. Thank you

Went to see bike at Croydon shop but none on display but Thomas got one unboxed for me to look at, I went home to ponder on it, went for it and ordered it online for Rochester shop delivery . Billy served me on pick, his and Thomas were both outstanding, I have many bikes but this being my first electric I was apprehensive but I got it home fitted my crank shortner as I'm partially disabled and went out on my first jaunt. Should I have bought this bike... NO because I can't leave it alone... It's amazing, making my mobility so so much better, it's a great piece of kit and even looks fabulous. I'm totally smitten with it. Waffle waffle... Sorry cycle king ten out of ten. Outstanding service.

Bury St Edmunds store is excellent for service!

We went to a few large retailers so our soon to be 10year old daughter could pick a bike for her present. We found nothing!
Then came here, the staff were extremely helpful/knowledgeable & she found the perfect bike which she is over the moon with! This proper bike shop is an appsolute gem & will definitely go back for any future purchases. Thankyou

I’ve used this shop many times, for a variety of things, including buying an electric bike, repairs I’ve needed, maintenance and upkeep, service. And every time I’ve been in, every staff member is always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with anything I need.
