The miniature teacup saucer thistle…
The miniature teacup saucer thistle design is very pretty. I was a little disappointed with the small size of it though. My other miniature teacup saucers are much larger in size. The thistle saucer looks out of proportion to the matching teacup .

How can I rate something I haven't seen…
How can I rate something I haven't seen ? The item is 1,000 km's away in British Columbia packaged up for my daughter's birthday on Feb 24th. I have explained that to you guys already. She hasn't seen it yet & neither have I. So it's pointless continuing to request a rating. I will rate once I have heard back from my daughter next week & I expect it will be good.

Once I was able to order the…
Once I was able to order the personalised plate and mug, the service was very quick and they looked lovely. Well received by the recipient.
My only criticism was how long it took for the items to be available to order. I do realise I was ordering around the Christmas period but I wanted it for a specific christening date and it didn’t become available to order until it was too late to be gifted on the day as most of the personalised items are not available at that time. A shame because I think a lot of people might order for Christmas gifts if it was available.

Booking process a bit clunky -but thanks for the help!
Although I found the website a little less than easy to navigate to pre-book a visit to the factory in May, I was able to connect with someone via email who walked me through the process, which involved me having to buy myself a gift certificate and then use the gift certificate to book a date. Although I was ultimately able to book the visit on the date I wanted, I might suggest making the process a bit more intuitive and streamlined by allowing visitors/customers to book dates directly via the website without having to go the gift certificate route or reach out via email for assistance - which I would think would make it easier for customers and Emma Bridgewater staff alike. Other than that, looking very forward to our visit later this year!

Products are beautiful and the delivery arrived when indicated (important because they are a birthday present). The box the bowls were packed in was damaged but the bowls were so well wrapped that there wasn't any damage to the bowls.
