I have purchased from Emma Bridgewater before and have been very pleased with their service. In this instance my parcel was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately I chose Evri for delivery and they lost my parcel. Emma bridgewater customer service were brilliant. They raised a enquiry with Evri. As soon as they were notified by Evri of the outcome of that enquiry, they automatically refunded me . I will use them again without hesitation.

Right from the start it was easy to make an order. I also made a mistake with a phone number and mailed customer service to change this which they done straight away. Keeping me informed all the way throughout my parcels journey all the way to New Zealand. Also letting me know as soon as it had been delivered to my daughter. Excellent company, customer service informant I would truly recommend.

A personal gift for a family members special birthday.
I wanted a gift for a milestone birthday, It was for a 70th birthday and I had left it quite late to purchase. Challenge to pick just one!
With all the beautiful and varied pottery patterns it was a challenge to choose one! I received my 8" plates in good time and perfect condition. Although the exterior shipping box had received some rough handling, the interior box and contents were pristine due to meticulous packaging.
