Book online at greenmotion.com to see live prices, choose your vehicle and extras, and collect from the branch of your choice. Our fleet includes small city cars, family SUVs, people carriers and commercial vans, with lower-emission and electric models at many locations.
Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included.

• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.

kostnaden för att hantera en fortkörningsböter var orimligt hög ca 800 SEK, för att meddela mig och meddela Polisen om min adress. Bötesbeloppet ingick inte i den höga summan.

good vehicle, great staff
We received exactly the sort of vehicle we wanted - something on the smaller side rather than the "upgrade" to a large SUV that some places foisted upon us.
The staff at the location were helpful and friendly, and didn't pressure us to get more than what we'd booked.

Superb from start to finish- Great rental!
Superb from start to finish! Bear in mind we took FULL CDW with zero deductible. We got two FREE selections of which we took an additional driver PLUS a car of less than 6 months old.
The person who picked and dropped us to airport was very nice, friendly and jovial. Did not ask him his name but he did say working here was fun vs working at Europcar, his previous job which was a bit more “ serious” in attitude to customers.
We found him very good. Location is two mins from airport and collection and drop off was very easy and seamless.
I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Issues to consider
Booking was a tad confusing. I wanted a car with unlimited mileage but this was not clear how to get it. Pick up was ok but no instruction offered on how to use a hybrid car. They have a fuel policy that is return as you receive; it would be easier if it was full to full. I thought I was purchasing insurance from Green Motion as this is how it seemed on the website. This was not the case and £1500 was charged to my credit card. I returned the car with no issues and a month later the payment is still showing as pending on my credit card so not very happy about this. I have emailed Green Motion but not had any response.

We hear your concerns about unclear mileage and insurance information, the lack of hybrid-car guidance, the fuel policy and the £1,500 card authorisation still showing as pending after a month. You also say you have emailed without a response. Please forward that message and your rental reference privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so central customer services can locate the enquiry, check the authorisation and explain the booking terms.

Correu tudo bem. O único problema é que retiveram 150 libras de caução. Tudo foi devolvido sem qualquer problema no carro e passados mais de 30 dias ainda não libertaram a caução de 150 libras do meu cartão de crédito
