Applied online, they called left a message to call back. I called back and had to leave a message for the guy who called me. A week later still no call back. Terrible service

I was very pleased with the agent as she represented the company I was comfortable, she was very articulate, and I was happy with the results of my visit!

My. experience was a good one, I got the help I needed and at the rate that was also good for me and Ms Sanchez was especially a Godsent representative for the company, very professional and helpful in every way and pleasant Too. I enjoyed her taking care of me sincerely.

Was great easy to find didn't wait long and got through everything quick.

The staff were professional and super nice and Rosanne showed us a decent channel on iheart radio. My visit was pleasant and handled assertively i recommend Heights financial for anyone in a bind

I have visited the Griffith branch several times and have always had a great experience. It’s not comfortable needing to borrow but the staff here makes is so quick and easy with no feelings of embarrassment.
