I placed an order 16.04.25 for 1 x Angerona Linen Blend Top Size ML as well as 1 x Miranda Pants in Navy Size M. Total $124.96
The items were received promptly which was great. Top as expected, no problems. Pants in the Medium were large and baggy and not the fitting that I have received for similar pants in the Medium size. Looking at the picture supplied on the model for these pants they are far from baggy. They look a hugging fit in the picture.
I have so far sent Imagine Fashion 3 emails to explain the position of the pants and asking if I am able to exchange the pants and as at 27.04.25 there has not been any reply at all from them.

If you want excellent customer service and great quality in product, do not go passed this store! A company that respects its buyers, listens to their concerns and is willing to offer solutions. It is like finding a diamond store after visiting cubic zirconia stores! If you want the best in service and quality of product, Imagine Fashion is a store not to be missed. I speak from experience!

Do not state item is final sale against item when you buy it and then you cannot get a refund if size is an issue. That is not acceptable when you buy online and cannot see or try it first. Response from imagine,below, says item was more than 60 percent off. It was 21 percent off with a temporary (one week offer)of an additional 20 percent off. It was not more than 60 percent off. I have since contacted them and clarified the misunderstanding with pricing and they were very helpful and sorted the issue out

Bought quite a few items and wanted to return 2 but told they told refund on sale items. Very hard when you can’t actually try them on. Very disappointed and not likely to buy from them again.

Bought a top in a size that I thought would fit, but it is so big that it looks and feels like a Hessian bag. Was told no to a return as it was a sale item.
