Murphy Furniture Avis 

From the 1st day I went in to the Carlow store, to ordering on line, to delivery today, my experience with Murphy Furniture has been great. I would like to mention great service given by Peter and James in Carlow, and Eugene in Wexford. I will without a doubt be visiting Murphy Furniture in the future. Thank you so much to all.

Delighted with the quality of the items I purchased. Arrived safely in good packaging & easy to follow instructions that I managed to put the bed frame together by myself. The mattress is so comfortable. 10/10

I made 2 recent purchases of bed frames from Murphy Furniture. Both arrived very quickly and I was delighted with both beds . Good value and would definitely recommend

There was a great selection of sofas to choose from. The staff were most friendly and helpful.

Delivery was quick. Assembley of sofa was easy to do. Quality of material on sofa is good especially with cats. Sofa is comfortable sitting for long periods and extra room for guests.

We bought a sofabed recently and the choice and advice we had from the staff made the process very easy. We got quality and value. The delivery process was very good too.

Easy to order, contact received when in warehouse, collection was fine. When I ordered this piece of furniture online, for click and collect, it stated that it was in stock. The reality was that it wasnt available for collection until 14 days later, when we had gone on holiday. This could be construed as being misleading at time of purchase, and should have been made clearer.

We ordered a number of pieces from Murphy Furniture in February and May 2026. We are extremely satisfied with the furniture and with the customer service, from store to delivery. Our salesman at the Wexford store was very thorough and helpful, making sure the order was exactly right.

All pieces are of excellent quality and workmanship, and match our existing furniture. We really like the modern look of the light oak Carrington kitchen table/chairs, Astoria sideboard and corner cupboard and Kilkenny bookcases.

After buying the kitchen table in February, we foolishly ordered furniture from Amazon. They kept delaying the delivery and finally cancelled the order. At that point, we returned to Murphy Furniture and found all we needed, with near-immediate delivery guaranteed. We learned our lesson, buy Irish and buy locally!

Again, we are very pleased with all the furniture, and with the sales/service. We will do all future furniture shopping at Murphy Furniture!

The staff were lovely and really helpful loved my choice of beds but not sofa thats why one star lost its very uncomfortable i was moving very quickly so i went seen a different sofa but then practically wouldn’t of worked with children alot cushions so i changed it to one in my price range but could only see it online they didn’t have it in the shop im after giving it a good few weeks thinking it would be okay but its not comfy at all i like colour but i don't even bother sitting in my living room very rarely as its very uncomfortable to sit on sorry i rushed into buying the hampton sofa set looks completely different online its very small to sit on not one bit comfy
