Pedibal Bikes Ltd Avis 

Had my navigata cite over 2 years brings a smile to my face every time I use it. Only ever had 2 small issues and the 2nd was entirely my own fault. 1st time, a part was needed, it was sent ( under warranty) immediately. Today's problem was i managed to disable the motor by pressing the wrong buttons on the display. 1 phone call and an immediate return email with instructions put things right.
This is without doubt the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with for many years. It's like phoning a mate. No complicated phone menu's. No call centre and absolutely NO BULL S**T! Just fantastic customer service. NOTE ( other than being a customer, I have no connection with the company)

Website was clear and easy to use. Instructions were clear on how to adjust bike.
Easy to fold up and fit into the boot of my car which makes it very portable.

So I cancelled my Chinese import after complete radio silence and frankly poor customer service. At least the refund arrived quicker than the bike.Spoke to Pedible and what a difference. ordered and received my(mad) Maxima in no time at all. First ride today only 5 miles to get used to it and riding again. First impressions: the bike is total quality, parts, build everything you touch is solid, Comfort, on another level absolutely amazing, great easy rider driving position. On a completely different planet , not just a different level is the throttle, just amazing and so easy. Need a boost to get started, pulling away, up hills just wow. But, it is a lump and a half. Luckily I will only be cruising, nimble it is not. You do have to pre plan where you are going , but I quite like that reassurance anyway. I will definitely be fitting armour and flat out because it will be a mission and a half to sort out a puncture on the trails. Finally, ghost pedalling, that is something I need to get used to and manage with the gear change but that will come as I get back into the swing of thing. But a big thank you to Pedible and a 9/10 so far....

Fantastic service !!!

Been looking for a folding e bike for a while but the various manufactures on offer made me unsure as to which would be most suitable for me. They all appeared to have positive and negative attributes. Living in a very hilly area + being in my late 70's also created another doubt as to suitability. Eventually I thought that the Navigata with a throttle could be the best compromise. Emailed Pedibal to get some idea on whether it would be suitable for very hilly areas. Mark responded very quickly with a couple of video clips showing the hill-climbing capabilities. Consequently order placed for the throttle version and a rear rack. Received after a few days with me being kept updated with progress in the meantime. Communications excellent with every query being responded to almost immediately by Mark.
Once unpacked / unfolded gave it a try on the lane - as soon as I was confident with the controls etc. I gave it a test up one of the steepest hills around here. Standing start ( no runup ) using throttle + pedals it surprised me by getting to the top without undue pressure - yes, I was a bit out of breath at the top but that's a reflection on my condition not the bike. So it does what it says on the tin and I'm very pleased with my purchase - and the service so far.

Brilliant bike with brilliant services all round winner

This is an update of my previous 5 star review. The ebike is really good but I am frustrated by one significant flaw. For me, at 5ft 9in with leg measurement of 30 in, the seat post is too short to accommodate my preferred seat height set by the heel to pedal method. The result is that even with the post at its highest position my leg is significantly bent at the lowest point (BMX style!) Having discussed with Mark in Customer services they could send me a longer post but this would not include the saddle suspension which is a key factor in the Mk 2. I am really surprised at this flaw since most people are taller than me and therefore will have an even greater mismatch of seat post to leg length.
At present I am continuing with the shorter cushioned post but it does take the edge off what otherwise is a great biking experience.

Great looking folding bikes with great customer service and support with with quick delivery. Myself and my husband bought 2 of the navigator bikes with the throttle option to take with us to France on our motor boat. The quality of build and performance is great 😊 looking forward to many adventures on them!

Great bike, lightweight folding street legal cycle, still testing the range, but seems up to the job. Update: As a 6ft 10 inch male weighing in at 122 kg with pedal assist I managed to get 42 miles out of the battery over various road conditions with hills and long ascends, well impressed.

Excellent customer service as usual, ordered a spare part, arrived within 3 days, full instruction, very clear. After service very good. Mark always responds to emails within a hour or so.
10/10.

The bikes design is what initially caught my eye, but it was the quality of the finished product that convinced me.
I am no a proud owner and enjoy every aspect of this bike, of which has been well thought out.

Bike delivered on timer very well packed
all working ok gets me to work about 5 miles away
every day,
I haven't had time to contact the DVLA
but it all seems cosher but I would like the DVLA to authenticate the document for the throttle
apart from that my Pedibal explorer is fantastic
