Phoenix Motorcycle Training - Croydon Avis 

It was a really good experience. Training was amazing really helpful as a first time rider. Mark was an excellent instructor that helped me get my certificate.

From calling Phoenix directly to book my CBT in their Crystal Palace centre, to the actual day of my CBT I found that all staff and instructors were extremely helpful, professional and provided me with a great experience of their company. The instructor on the day was extremely good and filled me and the group with confidence with his calmness and teaching methods. Overall a great experience will definately be using them for MOD 1 and MOD 2

fantastic instructor (Marc ) made everyone on the course enjoy the experience. very patient, good communicator, great knowledge. most important was his ability to give confidence to others that was very apprehensive. would strongly recommend phoenix motorcycle training .

Really impressed and fortunate to have had such a positive and good cbt Instructor like Marc on Sunday. He made it very easy and clear for me to understand the importance of bike safety on the road. I really appreciated his way of making me less nervous on the course by distracting me with stories and facts about the area. I definitely recommend doing your cbt in the Croydon area of the phoenix motorcycling company. Once again, Thanks to Marc for helping me pass.

Having never completed the CBT before, I had a fair number of questions. Both Steve and Mark took my telephone calls and answered all my questions in a manner I will describe as highly supportive with great customer service.

On the day, two other riders with varying levels of riding experience attended. Yet, the instructor Wynne (at Croydon) seamlessly tailored his style of teaching in the classroom, and instructions during the practical elements to each rider. Out on the road, I found it impressive that Wynne was able to quickly pick up on errors however, this was always followed by clear advice on how not to repeat these, and confirmation once you had got it right. For me this summed up the day, it wasn’t about passing or failing, it was about safety, and getting it right. Wynne was equipped with the experience, knowledge, and cool temperament to achieve this.

Successfully completing my CBT was an amazing and enlightening experience. I highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training, and will certainly return to them for further training.

Did my CBT. Never ridden a motorbike in my life. Training was great, went at a steady pace, and kept practising the basics until confident enough to be on the road. Really enjoyable day, and the trainer was a top bloke, really patient
