Phoenix Motorcycle Training - Wickham Avis 

Turned up nice nice and early and Gary was there waiting and Paul arrived soon afterwards. Very friendly and chatty and easy to communicate with, with no stress. I explained that I was nervous and that I had attempted CBT before and did it complete. They both took that no biard and successfully guided me through the training course. On road experience was very good. Radio mics kept the group in contact through the 2 hour road ride. I can honestly say that the whole experience was an enjoyable one, and the top it all, I got my CBT certificate. Thanks Paul & Gary for making it an enjoyable experience. 👋

From start to finish the teaching was superb the environment pleasent to be around which left you relaxed but confident and now I own a full bike licence happy days

Did my CBT yesterday. Gary and Mickey were very knowledgable and welcoming. They made the day a fantastic experience as well as being a challenge. They were patient and clear with their explanations and I felt my confidence slowly grow under their watchful eyes. Thanks guys!

Paul did a great job taking me from a complete novice, to a competant rider in 8 hours. Only slight issue was a lack of 125cc bikes, however there was a 50cc replacement and adequate training on the 125cc was given and I was able to complete a CBT successfully.

The guys running the course were really patient, they needed to be as I last rode a bike 30 odd years ago. Good balance of chatting and practical, bikes seems well maintained.

Clear joining instructions, well maintained (and bruised!) bikes that removes any fear of damaging them, clear, patient and entertaining instruction. Felt safe from the first module to the last.

Paul was absolutely amazing! The best cbt trainer. He has made me feel very comfortable since The start of the training and until the training has not ended he has not given up on me. Paul has made sure that I pass my cbt and went above and beyond to help me pass the test. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to pass their cbt test. Friendly staff. Bit nervous about CBT as first time on bike. Instructor Paul at Wickham site was excellent and looked after us well on day. I would fully recommend the CBT at Wickham as a new starter.

I had a great experience with Phoenix Motorcycle Training (Wickham) taking my CBT after around 8 years of not being on a motorbike. Paul French was an outstanding instructor, putting me completely at ease, his relaxed teaching style mitigated any prior nerves and filled me with the upmost confidence throughout every element of the day. I wholeheartedly reccomend Paul and Phoenix Motorcycle Training to anyone wishing to ride, with or without previous experience. I look forward to undertaking my DAS training with Phoenix at the earliest opportunity.

I found the CBT very informative and helpful whilst providing good advice and a well structured course. Paul (instructor) had a very good manner and appeared knowledgeable on his subject matter. I would recommend the CBT and also Paul if you were thinking of getting back on a bike.

Very professional delivery and at a comfortable pace. I feel my car driving awareness as well as my ability to now ride my Vespa on the road has improved.

What a fantastic company for you to complete your CBT test. The booking system online is easy to navigate, the customer services are very helpful if you need to contact them.The communication is on par and the detailed email explaining what is needed on the day, with links to the online training is all extremely clear and straightforward.On the training day at Wickham centre, the team members were warm and welcoming putting everyone at ease, the course was taken at a wonderful pace and was a very relaxed and enjoyable day. The team were friendly and gave fantastic information regarding safety clothes to be worn and what stamp marks to look for in helmets etc. I felt that the team really had everyone's best interests at heart regarding safety and learning. Very professional team.
I would like to personally thank Paul for his guidance.
