Smooth IT Support Avis 

My PC stopped working and I needed it for my job. I put a post onto a local site for help and Smooth IT Support offered advice very quickly. As I wasn't getting any power to my PC a few things were suggested including trying a new power cable which he helped me source, if this didn't work it would be a costly repair. This worked! Smooth IT were very helpful and didn't try and hard sell their services, he offered advice first then the use of his services if the cable didn't work. If I need PC repairs in future, I won't hesitate in contacting Smooth IT. Thank you very much.

I made the biggest mistake - shut my laptop lid with a pen inside. A broken screen. David thought it was best to replace my laptop, my next problem was I hadn’t backed anything up . Being a licensed dog boarder I was in a bad situation .

David was absolutely great. I put out a request on our local social media forum (NextDoor) to help with Mac & Outlook email problems and someone kindly recommended him. He came round within the hour and not only solved the issue with obvious skill/expertise, but also cleaned-up other hidden 'bugs' that I wasn't aware of, while offering advice for future improvements. What I was particularly impressed with - apart from his friendly approach - was that he was able to explain what he was doing as he went along (in layman's terms) so that I was able to understand a bit more of this 'black art' !
