Great shopping experience. Staff were there when needed but we were able to browse at our leisure. Harrison was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture. Ellie was also very friendly and took our order who made the process very easy and answered all of our queries. Oh and the store smelt amazing!

The salesman was very informative
and polite. Didn’t push too hard for the sale. Explained delivery time and commencement of payment.

We went in looking for a chair idea. Something different from our sofa and found a lovely little idea in the 50% off display section. John was very helpful explaining what this was. After going around 3 shops, we decided to go with this Keswick love seat chair, big enough to fit 2 , so ideal for the extra space we required. Very happy with our purchase and the service provided today at Sofology Middlebrook and with Johns knowledge

We had a really good experience ordering two sofas from Sofology Bolton in the January sale. One of the sofas we chose was new in and the colour swatches hadn’t arrived. I left my details and received an email a few days later that they were now in stock.
I really like how there is a display next to each sofa showing sofa configurations and large swatches of material which you can remove and lay on the sofa side by side to compare colours and materials. This is much easier than in a book and I found this really useful to compare and decide.
Ellie served us and was very helpful, as was her colleague, the store manager I believe, who helped with measurements and telling us how the sofa comes apart to check it would fit through our doorways. All of the staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. We decided to order a second sofa as it could be delivered at the same time and would be covered by the insurance policy saving quite a lot of expense.
Really looking forward to receiving our sofas in approx 11 weeks time!

Already given a review for the grest service from Ash when we purchased our sofa yesterday! Then I rang back today to change my mind again.!! Ash was busy so Megan amended my order, she was very helpful with nothing seemed too much trouble. So thankyou very much. Great service.

We have been looking for a while and liked a few Sofology options. But the non hard sell approach by Ellie and the store manager allowed us to get the help we needed, offering other suggestions and also giving us space and time to decide. Thank you both. Can’t wait for them to arrive now!

Ash was very pleasant and allowed us to browse without being harassed. He was on hand when we had questions and was very knowledgeable. No pressure and even though we did it walk out twice to look at other options he was friendly and said he would be happy to help when we come back in
