Service with a smile
When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile straight away!
I knew exactly what I wanted, but silly forgot to bring my measurements, but the sales advisor was patient enough to let me sort this and advised if an adjustment needs to be made, it was a simple phone call.
This is the first Sofa I’ve purchased from Sofology and they really do have a beautiful collection

We had the best customer service
We found the sofas that we wanted and given a great service from the person who attended to us. She was very knowledgeable about the sofas and wheather or not they would fit through our hallway. Very attentive to what we wanted and listened.

Great service from Utur / super happy with purchase
Purchased a sofa in the Purley way store with huge help from Utur!! I had a super specific vision in mind and he helped inform my decision, with his great product knowledge and advice. Lovely guy and had an enjoyable shopping experience!

Very nice lady, Amen assisted me with my purchase of a new sofa bed and armchair. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Great experience at Sofology Croydon
Really lovely experience at Sofology Croydon! We were able to take our time looking around without feeling rushed or pressured, which was great. When we had questions, Umut (sales person) gave clear and helpful info. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming — they were also amazing with our 2-year-old daughter. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Sofa ordered and waiting for delivery :)

5 star in-store experience
As I've only just placed my order for a 3 piece suite, I'm basing my 5 star review on the in-store experience, in particular the assistance provided by Wioleta Kicka, who was absolutely fantastic in helping my wife and I through the whole process, from understanding the product itself (e.g. materials, different seating cushion types, colour palette, etc) and the aftercare services provided by Sofology. There was no hard sell just a real desire on the part of Wioleta to ensure that we as customers were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed decision on our next sofa purchase.
