Seamless sofa experience
Tom at enfield store was brilliant providing all sorts of advice and seemed to know all the products technically well. Would recommend this store to get your dream sofa

Brilliant Service from Tom
We had a fantastic experience at Sofology thanks to Tom from the sales team. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to really understand our room layout and what we were looking for. He carefully showed us sofas that genuinely met our requirements and gave detailed, clear information on each one - often even predicting whether we’d like something before we said a word!
Tom’s knowledge was outstanding, not just about the products themselves but also the services available. He gave honest advice, suggesting the best materials and options for our needs rather than trying to upsell the most expensive sofa. On top of that, he made the whole experience fun and relaxed with his jokes and personal insights, which made what could have been an overwhelming decision genuinely enjoyable.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Tom went above and beyond, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sofa.

A happy customer
Our experience with Kabir started as soon as we entered the store. He was friendly,approachable and fully knowledgeable in giving us the information we needed to make the right decision on choosing the right sofas. We made 3 visits before deciding and on every occasion he was patient with us. Thank you kabir we are happy customers.
