Stevens the man

Steven was very friendly and welcoming and didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision. He was very knowledgeable and informative on different fabrics as we have a baby due and needed something suitable.He was happy to answer any silly questions and made us feel at ease.thank you

Above and beyond customer service, 100% recommend

Lawrence was amazing. He was polite went beyond the standard I was expecting. Answered every question in detail and we asked a lot. Was understanding and friendly. Very satisfied with customer service and would 100% recommend.

Pleasent experience…

The contemporary quality of these sofas is exceptional
we did look around other retailers but found good reductions too on our choice from your store
Saleswoman Shirley was so professional we both felt no sales pressure throughout our purchase

Positive

Positive - Janice sales assistant have 100% customer care, lovely couches at reasonable cost.

Negative-Whilst browsing the products, I slipped and fell down a hidden step. There was no safety signs or tape warning customers that the carpeted step was there.
I have recently recovered from a knee replacement and this fall has caused significant pain to my leg hand and back and has set my recovery back.
Janice the sales assistant was fantastic and offered to help as much as 
She could getting water and looking to go the extra mile and try to get me Paracetomal for the pain. 
The manager who took my details for the accident book however didn't seem at all concerned or interested that a paying customer (who has spent a substantial amount on new couches from yourselves) had been injured due to a health and safety hazard within their store.
I worked in customer service for many years and I am thoroughly disappointed in the lack of empathy and concern from the manager. I believe that he could do with some training on how to treat customers and the curt manner that he approached the situation

I had an outstanding experience…

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new suit from Stephen. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. He took the time to understand my style, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for someone who delivers both exceptional service and an incredible final product, I can’t recommend Stephen highly enough.

Firstly the very warm welcome i…

Firstly the very warm welcome i received on entering the store.
03 01 26.
After i had decided what to buy i then spoke to the lovely female assistant who had greeted me.She aswered all my questions very confidently and knowledgeabley.She also suggested which colour of throws to pick and also what colour i should paint my lounge walls.All to compliment my new sofa and chair.
On completing my purchase she was so very profesional and polite.
She is a huge compliment to Sofology in every way.
