Sofology - Leeds Avis 3 632

I paid nearly 6k for a beautiful corner sofa but 1st delivery only had half the sofa on the van. 2nd delivery full sofa but scraped and damaged so returned. Still waiting to be contacted by them to resolve rthe issue and get a new sofa. No compensation or temp sofa whilst waiting doe their incompetence to be sorted out.

A lovely girl helped us and wasn’t pushy which I hate.

After months of deliberation, I returned to the store with the aim of purchasing new sofas I had previously seen.

We were warmly greeted, and the sofologist, Mirvin, asked and answered my many questions to assist in our decision making. We appreciated that he was not there to give a hard sell but genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision. He was knowledgeable about the product, delivery lead times and process, the aftercare of the sofas and was very patient! This led to me making a purchase, not of the ones originally seen, but the time and information we received enabled us to try alternatives and I'm so pleased I did. Absolutely recommend a visit friendly, professional customer service. Thank you.

Our sales rep Hugo was absolutely brilliant. He didn't follow us around or loiter like some can and we never felt uncomfortable with him. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately when we went back he wasn't available to go through the full sale but Jelina was equally helpful and really reassuring.

Martin was great and patient as he showed us lots of different sofas before my son and I chose one .He explained everything to me and all the different options we could have. He made me feel at ease and answered all my questions and my boys got on with him especially as he supported Man Utd 😂
