The sofa we wanted to love but begining to hate.
The store experience was very good and we looked forward to receiving our new sofa. However the aftersales experience has been completly negative. They seem to have so many complaints that they sre unable to answer the phone in an acceptable time. We did get a call after going back to the store to complain, but were told we would have to be patient as they were very busy.

We visited the Maidstone branch of Sofology where Colin helped us decide on the best sofa for us. Colin for very friendly and helpful.
He made us his only focus and gave us the time to decide on our perfect sofa.
Colin was very knowledgably about all the products within the store.
Overall a great visit and 3 new sofas ordered.

A most enjoyable purchase experience. Plenty of space to wander around looking at the side selection of sofas, without the pressure of a salesperson hanging onto us but yet being available when we had questions. Once we’d decided, Jamie helped us on the fabric choices and briefed us on the insurance options. Then we closed on the final sale.

Sofology sofas are the best..they are beautifully made and affordable. The staff in rhe Maidstone store are friendly helpful and knowledgable and they dont pressurise you either like other furniture companies often do. An enjoyable experience throughout but mostly thank you to Jamie who helped me today. Great service 5*****

Awesome customer service
Jamie was absolutely amazing, he was t pushy and gave us all the information. He always went into all of the insurances and care we could get for the sofa.
He was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He was why we didn’t look anywhere else for a sofa.

Jamie, the sales guy was excellent from start to finish, advising on the best fabrics for our requirements and not just selling the most expensive. He took time going through the colour swatches and was very patient as we umd and ard. Overall a painless experience, apart from paying 😀

A great example of the perfect salesman!
It was nice to go into a store, be greeted, then left to browse. The salesman, Afeez,would pop up at the exact time we had queries, then disappear, leaving us to browse further. He was so discreet but attentive....such a great sales tactic! It's what got him the sale!
