We only went in for a look but was approached by Leanne who was very helpful without being pushy. She kept coming back to see how we were getting on . She was very informative with her product and general knowledge which was excellent and we picked and purchased two sofas.

Libby at Silverlink was very patient and helpful. I was struggling to decide which sofa would be a good match for my Sofology recliner chair bought several years before. She got me comfortable and came back and forth with swatches to try and pair colours up, even matching my wall colour. I'm very happy with the final choice.

Store, she was really well informed, made everything super clear and even stayed back late on a Sunday night to answer all our questions and finalise the purchase.

Linsie listened to us, for quite some time, was patient and happy to help us come to a decision guiding us through the process. She was informative and not pushy in any way like some sales teams are. Other staff also helped including Jo who was also friendly and personable. Much better service than we had from DFS near the Metro Centre who I have bought from many times in the past. We bought from Sofology at Silverlink because of the better service and nicer products. The only thing Sofology need now is 4 to 5yrs interest free credit as they only offered 3yrs.

We were shopping for a sofa-bed. You had examples in store for us to look at and try and nothing was too much trouble for Leanne, the shop assistant. She made us so welcome with a cuppa and was very knowledgeable about the products and our options. We felt very happy with our choice and the whole experience.

We were helped in our decisions massively by a team member Liberty Woodward. She was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She was well versed on all the sofas available in all formats. She made the whole process very simple and pleasant.
