Sofology - Norwich Avis 

We had almost found our new furniture when a lovely salesman called Declan (Norwich branch) came over to see if we needed any help. He was brilliant, costing everything up but without being pushy. He was very friendly, funny and down to earth so we really felt we could trust him. We said we needed to think about it and do a couple of other things. Actually just getting a coffee and taking a minute to decide! We went back and placed our order with Declan straight after. Now we can't wait for our furniture to arrive. We spoke with Declan at Sofology in Norwich and it was a great experience. Declan was well informed, friendly, professional and we didn’t feel pressured at all (unlike other sofa shops). Top tier salesman. Solid experience with Sofology, I’d definitely go back.

All the sales associates are very friendly and welcoming.
I visited a few times and never felt pressured while looking around the store.
I purchased on the 3rd visit late at night and the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable and added on a cleaning kit discounted which was lovely. The store has a great layout and I think the best selection of sofas and different fabrics.

Everyone in store was so helpful, not pushy at all. Answered all our questions and gave us all the payment options so we could decide what was best for us! Mark was especially helpful!

The lady who saw to us remembered when we went into your store about three months ago and also what we were after. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and we have placed an order for two lovely recliner chairs.

The service from Sofology Norwich was very good and credit to Laura for this who has been excellent. Unfortunately, the sofa we ordered at full price on Monday was then reduced significantly on Thursday as they are selling off their store stock. We'd have quite happily bought the demo model. The store told us we'd need to contact customer support, which was not a problem and I thought would be straightforward. However, they promised a call back in 24 -72 hours which never came. Via online chat today I have been told they will charge me over £500 to cancel or change the order to allow me to buy the discounted sofa. I'm a perfectly reasonable person and a small charge would be acceptable to cover admin costs but £500 is simply unacceptable. Don't forget this was only three days since I placed the order for a product with a lead time of 'from 6 weeks'
It's always confusing as to why companies lose sight of what matters and all common sense goes out of the window. Even more frustrating when they have great members of staff who do all the hard work in store only for this to be undone.
