Came in twice over two days before making my purchase, both members of staff i spoke to were knowledgeable and efficient. On the first day I came in looking like such a scrub, but noone spoke to me any differently like in other stores.
Staff were very helpful and allowed my toddler daughter to press buttons and climb, without prompting also told me how to make everything safe for her (and how to lock the recliners)

Marcus was very helpful and patient whilst we made our decisions even supplying pen and paper so we could sketch out the plan.

Declan was both professional and friendly !

Visited the Norwich store and found a sofa which we liked and had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren who gave us all the details we needed, returned to the store a few weeks later to see Lauren again who was brilliant in helping us to choose the right fabric and colour, Lauren was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable about everything we asked her, order was placed and waiting for delivery,
