Highly unsatisfied with the entire order to delivery to post delivery experience. Once the payment is made there is practically no one to talk to you for any kind of resolution. Processes are broken, lack of communication, non-existing customer service, defective products branded as new.

Have been left with a sofa which I have to shave frequently as material goes bobbly but hey apparently normal!,!! So uncomfortable , creaks with every movement. I have had 2 different assessors out from sofology &they both agreed the material is shocking, sofology have told me to invest in a de bobbling machine as they can't do anything else, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, I am only 6 months into paying for this pile of shift , I have complained so many times it has been a very stressful & exhausting time for a 76 year old & my hands are painful with arthritis so debobbling is a painful job every couple of weeks

Nicole, who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient throughout the process. While the sofas themselves were beautiful, it was the outstanding customer service that truly stood out and ultimately led us to purchase from Sofology.

Spent 4500 on a cream fabric sofa and waited 12 weeks for delivery. This was postponed 3 times and I was given different delivery dates online and over the phone.
Sofa finally arrived and once bought into the house I noticed two large 2” oily mud marks on the fabric. The delivery guy took photos and allegedly reported this damage. I was handed a cleaning cloth by the delivery guy who watched me clean the stain myself and luckily the stain came out and dried back to the correct colour.
Reported by the delivery driver and myself to SOFOLOGY and not heard a single thing back from them. Was asked to fill in an online “how did we do” feedback form which I did highlighting once again the stains on my brand new sofa. Again, not a single line of communication or apology back.
Nice sofa. Delays I understand. Comms could be better/consistent. What I cannot accept is the fact this has been flagged three times and no one has had the decency to acknowledge the problems with my brand new sofa.

Went down to our local store and wasn’t pounced upon(which was a great start)
When the sales guy approached,he was simply polite,friendly but without being pushy etc
He knew what he was talking about and just genuinely helpful!
All in all a great experience (which these days is unusual)
Definitely recommend
