Sofology - Peterborough Avis 

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Hadi was incredibly helpful with our insurance claim for our sofa, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He also took the time to help us choose our new sofa, offering great advice without any pressure.

What really stood out was his dedication—he stayed beyond closing time to make sure everything was sorted and that we were happy with our choice. His patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service went above and beyond.

Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience. We really appreciate all your help and would highly recommend both him and the store.

I had a great experience with Saireen Akhter. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every single sofa in detail, making it much easier to understand the different options available. She was patient, professional, and clearly knows her products very well.

Based on my experience, she is the best member of staff I've been served by in the store so far. Her excellent customer service and friendly approach made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend asking for Saireen if you visit the store!

No pushie sales. Just helpful with no hassle! Didn’t feel like we were being pounced upon when we walked through the door.
Actually ordered online after the sales lady put the item in the basket so we could measure up at home.

Staff in the store were very knowledgeable. We opted for 2 sofas with quick delivery and we are very happy with our purchase. Only given 4 stars as the delivery team were a little bit careless when entering the property and caused slight damage to our staircase.

They were very attentive when looking my to buy my sofas. Staff were knowledgable and listened to my wants/needs.
Ordered a cleaning kit, easy glides and protection plus also.
We agreed on delivery after August 10th due to my holiday as I was told the lead time was end of July.
So mid June I then get emails and texts to say I have to book my delivery which I was not expecting at all as this was not what we agreed.
Anyway I booked the delivery.
The delivery guys again were lovely took care of the furniture, unboxed it and took away all packaging.
But my cleaning kit and easy glides were not delivered.
When I phoned customer service I was then told the lady who did my order apparently never put the cleaning kit onto it.
So now I have to phone again to a different department to order one. Total annoyance really when it should have already been done.
So they have now sent out easy glides which I have to wait 14 days for.
Considering what you pay I am disappointed in these errors and the now I have to sort them out.
I am very happy with my sofas but I just feel the customer service and attention to detail could be improved.

After coming to the store a week earlier and viewing the products.We went home and decided what we wanted.When I came in to make the purchase the transaction process was so quick and easy.i was in and out in 15 minutes.

Jamie was amazing, he sold us our sofa.

When we went into the store we were greeted, explained how some deals worked, colours and the store. Then we were left to look ourselves which we really liked. We then had a hard time picking between 2 and were given guidance. After that we were sat down and went through the process of purchasing.

Jamie was polite, and made us feel comfortable!

Exceptional customer service

Me and my partner went to Sofology to look at some sofas, at start we didn’t have intention to buy one. We had some options but decided to look at other stores. I must admit, first choice is always the right one. We went back to Sofology and started looking into some options. Lady who was with us, was very smart about her job and very professional. When we were choosing a colour, she brought a lot material examples of carpet, tiles, decor to see if colours will be matching our current set up. Half an hour later, we have purchased the sofa.

We were immediately made to feel welcome. Si was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. We weren’t rushed but were given time to find the right piece of furniture for us.

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Not pushy and sent nice following up after visit. Remembered me two weeks later. Other staff also helpful and knowledgeable. We tried 4 different showrooms that day. None were as good.

The sales lady was extremely helpful and patient. However asking for reviews when we have not received sofas are a waste of your and mine time.
