After serval visit to sofology in Peterborough, we eventually made our decision on the sofa set we wanted!
We were served by Hadi, a young knowledgeable young man.
Hadi had made each visit feel comfortable, and no pressure like other sales people with other companies.
We went in serval times, due to the fact my husband and I could not agree which set would be right for us! and each time Hadi made us feel welcomed and explained things over and over, until we were 100% satisfied.
Nothing was to much trouble, and if he wasn’t sure of anything, he would double check with his colleagues.
I have not yet received my sofas, so can’t comment on them, but as for a service provided by Hadi on behalf of sofology, I can not fault and would highly recommend.

Very helpful

We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

I visited Sofologly on Friday 2nd January 2026, Sai the sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell and the advice I received was very useful and helped with making my decision. From browsing around the store to making a purchase was effortless, I would highly recommend a visit to Sofology if you’re looking for some new furniture, and if Sai assists you, you will be in very good hands. The sales person Jamie was polite patient and left us to take our time and choose the perfect sofa for us also at the same time wasn't pushy and helped us make the right choices to get just what we wanted.

Sai was great. Very informative and not too pushy. Explained everything clearly. We knew what we wanted before arriving to store but re affirmed our choices were what we were after.

Staff weren't pushy let you walk around to look in your own time then help when needed, and more modern looking sofas than other stores.

Really friendly and helpful staff that were patient and worked with us to decide the colour, style and configuration that worked for us.

Hadi is Amazing, He helped explaining with clear details.
