Order 3827157-1 was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I took the day off work, also missed my daughters swimming lesson which was scehduled immediatly after I was to finish work and had cost £20.... I was called at 6.30PM to say the driver had ran out of driving hours and would be returning to the depot. The driver also specified that he had missed one other delivery too since he had been expected to achieve an unrealistic number of deliveries that day.
I had got rid of my old sofa and chairs the evening prior to the planned delivery so that there was room to put the new furniture so have been left with no furniture for my family to use. Rang Sofology today and to ask when I would be receiving the new furniture and was told that they do not know since the delivery company did not book the furniture back in on return to the depot. Again, having to sit on the floor till Sofology get round to arranging a second attempt at delivery.
I also asked if Sofology would be returning the delivery fee since they failed and I had to waste a day of leave, they did not return the delivery fee. But did point out that I did not have to pay a second delivery fee...
All round, pretty dissapointed and given one star.

The new manager and assistant were very friendly and helpful. The manager made me and my daughter some drinks whilst the young assistant went through all the information

John and Vicky in Admin were extremely helpful. I knew what I wanted and they helped me tick all the boxes to find the right sofa for me ( and my dog).

Excellent Customer Service by Harrison and John
Harrison was so knowledgeable about fabrics and sizes and showed us all around the store and when I decided on a new couch gave me prices on different sizes and helped me decide on which units to purchase

Great experience today with the help of Sarah at the Warrington store. She answered all my questions fully giving me lots of helpful information to help me decide. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she made my purchase easy. I will be back again to hopefully purchase another item.

Me and my partner had a great experience dealing with Sofology Warrington. We dealt with Dan who was extremely helpful. As it was our first time buying, we weren't too sure on what we needed. But Dan let us know what was available and where to find everything. Once we'd had a look round, Dan assisted us in putting together our perfect sofa. He was very accommodating as we we're indecisive and made a few changes, but to Dan, it wasn't a problem and helped us every step of the way.

Laura the sales assistant was very helpful when we were looking around the Warrington showroom. We ordered a leather suite and any questions we asked were answered. Would recommend.

I needed a sofa asap so went into the Warrington showroom on Sunday and they delivered my couch today (Wednesday.) They had so many ex display/cancelled orders etc to choose from with massive reductions it was brilliant. The couch was delivered and put together today and all rubbish taken away and it’s beautiful. I will always use this company now for any future couch purchases.
