Proven inaccurate and personally one particular staff member in Kensington was unkept rude. Saying no value in antique jewellery though everything ‘they’ wore had not been cleaned in a year.
My item is fully authenticated as genuine. I work in the trade.
Consignment offers are a total sham..
5000 to 5800’we work for you minus 20% it doesn’t happen.
No transparency-
I’m a qualified gemologist and jeweller with over 15 years in the international trade.
My test worked this is a terrible business do not trust!

Having reviewed the matter with our Kensington branch manager, who was present and overheard the conversation, we are satisfied that our colleague conducted herself politely and professionally throughout.
Our colleague explained why we would not be in a position to purchase your particular item. You subsequently enquired about our consignment service, and she provided a general example to explain how the process works. The figures discussed were purely illustrative and were not a valuation or an offer relating to your jewellery.
We fully respect that customers may be disappointed when we are unable to purchase an item. However, we believe it is important that the circumstances of the interaction are represented accurately.
We take customer service extremely seriously and stand by the professionalism of our colleague and the information she provided.

Extremely Professional & Diligent

Once all documantation was supplied the funds were transferred within their timescale. Which could have been even quicker had we not taken time to load and send back the required documents.
