Synergy Dental Clinics Avis 

I had a tooth extraction on Monday and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The dentist and staff were really friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the appointment.

They were very quick and efficient with the extraction, which was such a relief for me. I’ve had experiences at other places in the past where they’ve struggled, which left me feeling even more anxious during appointments. This time, I felt completely at ease and knew I was in safe hands.

Everything was explained clearly and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. I’m really grateful to the whole team for making what can be a very stressful experience so much more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend them!

I’ve visited this dentist for the very first time and the staff are very welcoming …the dentist himself was extremely knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns etc … he advised me very professionally on future treatments and I just think these days sometimes this level of service is hard to find so my personal experience was A***

I was a referral from my dentist and was unsure what to expect, the staff were so helpful it was very efficient and the dentist was so good and explained everything he was going to do, I thought id have to go back but they did the job there and then 5** from me .

I am with the Padiham practice and recently had to have a replacement denture. From reception, to the xray, to the fitting, all the staff were wonderful. Special call out to Laura the receptionist who always goes above and beyond to give the best service, and to Dr Ujala, with Nurse Anisa, who were both incredibly patient, very informative of the processes and got the replacement made and returned extremely quickly. Many thanks and appreciation to you all.

Just had my 6month check up at Synergy in Little Lever and all fine! I don't worry about visiting the dentist anymore. Kala is lovely and gives great advice and everyone is so friendly! See you again in 6 months 😊👍

Its been alonger journey than I was expecting but from my first visit with you I felt really comfortable i av been made welcome each visit all the staff receptions have all be been friendly and polite made my journey a lot easier thank you

Even though I was 10 min late due to traffic they still seen myself.
I am a nervous around dentists and they are calm and understanding.

I attended an appointment at Synergy Dentist that was booked for 9:10 am. When I arrived, the dentist came downstairs and informed the receptionist that she does not see patients before 9:30 am. This was surprising, as my appointment had already been confirmed for 9:10 am.
I found this to be very disorganised. It appears there was a lack of communication between the dentist and the reception staff, resulting in an appointment being booked at a time when the dentist was not available.

As I am paying for a private service, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and better internal coordination. Keeping patients waiting for over 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment is not acceptable and falls well below the level of service I would expect from a private clinic.

amazing practice staff are very friendly and welcoming overall I am very happy to be at synergy dentist :D

Synergy Blackpool I can't find enough words to say thankyou!!!.
Being absolutely petrified of the dentist, then not being able to get into a dentist, speaking to someone on messenger from a Facebook enq I managed to get an appointment with you guys and I am so glad this happened.
A lot of treatment and in 2months I go back for an assessment then I get moulds done for having dentures top & bottom.
Squeeeek so exited!!!..
I was also worried about paying for all this treatment but that was all sorted on a payment plan than you set to make sure the repayments are comfortable for you.
I truly can not say how happy I am and again thankyou Synergy Blackpool for everything.

Had all on 4 dental implant surgery.
Was a very long day as I was told I had a complex case.
I saw Karim and his team which were fantastic.
Karim has totally restored my faith in the dentist.
More work to be done. But looking forward to it.
Would highly recommend Synergy dental 5 stars!

Planned tooth repair was scheduled. Having had an x-ray on the affected tooth, the Dr explained me the two treatments that could take place. I listened to the explanations. I decided on one course and the work started! Work completed I was sent off home. I was asked for input at most stages and appreciated the care and attention received.

I am not the best at visiting dentists usually. I find it anxiety provoking. This experience is very different. From reception staff through to the dentist and his assistants, I found them all to be friendly, professional and listened to my needs. I would not hesitate recommending this practice at Great Harwood, Blackburn, they have changed my views about having any treatment. Thank you

Don’t go poor customer service and they charge you £30 of you’re some minutes late.

very friendly workers on the desk , always polite . Dentist very kind will always answer all of my questions and check I am okay during procedures.

Nice helpful staff, and the dentists put you at ease.

The team were very helpland friendly explained everything to me very well and very professional, wouldn't change anything to make it better
