The best service I received in store. Yasmin was amazing!!!! She's very knowledgeable. Professionql. Fast and efficient. Helped me find everything I need for my trip on the weekend. Really great service. Thank you Yasmin.

I came in to buy a pair of gloves but I…
I came in to buy a pair of gloves but I left with a tent, a sleeping bag and a goretex jacket. I never knew I needed it until Tas and Maj persuaded me. Their service was spectacular and I couldn't thank them enough. Definitely will recommend them and will definitely be back at the store. 10/10 customer service from them. Thank you.

Very helpful
I popped in a few weeks ago to get a load of camping equipment at the last minute. Gavin was very helpful indeed. I don't remember the last time someone was so helpful in a shop. Definitely will return next time I need anything like this.

I received fantastic customer service, help and attention from Krishan regarding an exchange for a bag under warranty.

By far the best service I have received! Having exceptional service doesn’t cost a thing but having spectacular service from the assistant who served me (Tas) she deserves a raise!
Very patient sales women who also knows a lot about the products.

Maj & Gavin are simply the best in the branch!
I was looking for a triClimate jacket for last two weeks & finally ended up going to Blacks Holborn branch. I have tried almost all jackets in store and Maj & Gavin were taking the time to unlock all those jackets for me - so Thank you gents for your time and patience to find what I wanted. I’m very pleased with their service and highly recommend to visit this branch.

Holborn branch brilliant service
I was told Holborn was the only branch that had the item I wanted. When I got there it was not on shop floor but Bernard who helped me searched all through the stock room to find it for me. Excellent service
