Ernest Jones - Epsom Avis 

I bought a couple of jewelleries from ErnestJones this sale season, the prices are so good that I bought almost a set, ring, earings, and tennis bracelet, I am wearing my ring and earings, they are amazing quality and value for money, I am waiting for my tennis bracelet to arrive. The brands they are offering are elegant brands, and prices particularly after the Christmas is worth buying. I strongly recommend. IT is my go-to jewellery shop, both online and brick and mortar.

My son went in to buy an engagement ring from the Epsom Branch of Ernest Jones, the young lady with the initial "A", was absolutely brilliant, he knew virtually what he wanted, and she went above and beyond to get him a great deal, so thank you, she is a credit to your store.

What a messed up company. I order watch today. I go on website found watch Ive check availability was available or deliver or collect 26/5/2023 if I place the order by 6pm 25/5/2023. I put watch to the basked and i go to delivery option page. I click collection from my local store epsom. And again was confirmed watch be available to pick up 26/5/2023. I put my details and card details I place the order and page reload to confirmation order page and then on the confirmation page it shows it will be available to pick up from 31st of may. I was like what!!! Check email same. I contact them and they said 2/3 days after placing order so they give me wrong informations once I was placing the order. Now i have to wait till wenesday 31 to pick up

Went into store to have my Tag watch strap shortened and couple of boss watches replacement batteries.
Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I forgot to show my bluelight card when I first paid so I told the lady and she was just brilliant because she refunded me the discount I was supposed to have. Great customer service indeed.

Excellent customer service - called to check if they had a pair of earrings for my mother who has dementia, they were really kind and understanding. They didn’t have the ones that we wanted but found some others and sent a photo so I didn’t have to travel there. They made the experience of buying them very easy.

Great service to bring in stock from another UK store. Arrived quickly and staff were polite and helpful. Earrings bought look stylish and elegant. Quality is excellent for the price paid too.
