I bought a watch from Gareth. The level of service he provided was excellent. I will return and buy my next watch from him, no doubt about that

I bought a Bell and Ross watch from Shreya from the Cheapside store, extremely helpful got a great deal and I'll 100% be using her again.

Only downside is they use DX and unless you're prepared to collect it from one of the stores be prepared to be messed around by them (DX).

I recently bought a watch from Gareth Fernandes in the Cheapside store and it was one of the best buying experience I've ever had with a watch. Gareth could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process and the level of service he provided to me was outstanding. His aftercare service has been brilliant also, making sure everything is ok with the purchase and if he can do anything more for me. If you're ever looking to purchase a watch in London, make sure to pop in and deal with Gareth directly. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

Very helpful and attentive service provided by Simon and Gareth in the purchase of two watches. I found the experience to be very enjoyable and would highly recommend this shop and it’s staff.

My first visit was amazing with attentive and helpful staff. My order ended up being out of stock and I had a tight time line as purchase was a 40th birthday gift for my daughter so another cartier watch was found for me which I returned to the Ceapdide branch and purchased. Again excellent service on both visits where Gareth was out server. He was polite helpful friendly and attentive to what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable. He chose the perfect replacement for me. This was my daughters 2nd visit and was served by Gareth then too. I will definitely return and will advise family and friends to visit and to ask for Gareth (Fernandez?) if possible but all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I knew what which Cartier watch and YOKO necklace I wanted. The store in Cheapside did not have the necklace in pristine condition (even though this came from the warehouse) so Shreya managed to get in two other necklaces from which I could select the one i wanted. Thank you for all your help Shreya. Really pleasant person to deal with. I was regular updated so definitely will go back to the same store for future purchases

I had an issue with a ring where the clasp for the diamonds would become loose. I took it to the Cheapside store where Martin was very helpful and they exchanged the ring. They didn’t have the correct size but Martin went above and beyond to get the correct ring and size. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.

More expensive than usual price in same market of 2nd floor
