Once again we went to Bedminster Branch, the best advice on booking a holiday FIVE star service from all the staff. Thanks for your help.

Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful in all aspects.

I went into Hays to talk cruising,
They sorted one just right for me.
Between Sophie, Lucy and Rachel,
And the occasional cup of tea.

As I go into Hays quite often,
The staff know my every need.
As we find a cruise that I’m liking,
The deposit is paid with some speed.

Jackie is so helpful in all areas of her job x she makes everything so easy x this is what makes booking a holiday with Hayes such a pleasure

I left booking a holiday to the last minute, but the holiday advisor at Hays Travel, managed to find me a holiday, that met all my requirements and came in, well within my budget.

Lisa was absolutely amazing, completely understood the kind of holiday we were looking for & found us some terrific options, we booked there & then, such a delightful experience.

Sales person really helpful and non-pushy. Listened to what we were after and produced the holiday we were looking for. Offered plenty of options to suit our budget and used personal experience to assist and reassure we had made thew right choice.
