Just went in to enquire and walked out holiday booked
The lady we spoke with was very knowledgeable on the cruise we were looking for and took time to explain various things and her advice was immense. No question was a silly question as far as she was concerned and she took time to answer all questions. To show how good Hayes travel are we only went in to only enquire and walked out with big smiles and a cruise booked !! Well done Hayes.

Brilliant service at Boscombe Hays…
Brilliant service at Boscombe Hays travel. We booked a safari, our first 'proper' holiday through a travel agent . Teshany guided us through the process, explaining all the options and answering our questions. It was an easy and enjoyable process. Shout out to Rosie and Maria as well who give the store such a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to book our next trip!!

Thank you Rosie for returning
What made our experience great was that Rosie has returned from maternity leave, she understands her clientele a lot more than some of her peers.
Last year whilst she was away our two cruise finalisation was awful, therefore for this year, my instruction to my domestic manager was that if Rosie was not in the branch, then do not bother, as I could not go through that disorganisation again.
Thankfully Rosie was in branch and we are booked up with our cruise.

My Holiday that I had booked some time…
My Holiday that I had booked some time ago though Hays that I was so looking forward to was cancelled by coach company .
when I went in to Hays to try too get another Holiday
all the staff who helped me find another one ,were
so lovely to me and did all they could ,and found me
the perfect replacement . I was so happy.
So a huge thank you to them all over the last week
I have always had the same service when I booked with them before too.
