My holiday experience with Hays travel was excellent. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They provided clear information about the trip and were always available to answer questions. Everything was well organised, from flights to accommodation, which made the holiday stress-free and enjoyable. I would happily use this travel agency again and recommend it to others. The travel agency provided excellent advice and recommended a travel money app, which made managing money abroad much easier.

This is the second time my friend and I have booked a Caledonian bus tour with Hays Travel at Braehead. We just booked the second one yesterday 24th June.
