Hays Travel - Bromborough Avis 

I say it every time I am asked for a review Hays Bromborough are AMAZING .

I have been booking holidays here for years and in the past for my son and with friends too.

I won’t go anywhere else and that’s because I like to go to Gillian who is a wonderful lady bright and bubbly - I am always greeted with a big smile and a hello.Nothing is too much trouble.

It feels like I’m visiting a friend as Gill looks after me so well from start to finish of all my visits .

For each and every holiday I go in to book Gill gets exactly what I want and need for my particular trips .

This one I’ve just booked is a family one and Gill got everything that we asked for and needed for the adults and the infants in the party .

Gillian is so helpful kind and caring and knowledgeable too and she gets great holidays for me and that’s why I return each time for her wonderful customer service.

Louise was very helpful and friendly. We have never used a travel agent to book a cruise. We normally book directly with P&O as we like to choose our cabin but Louise had the P&O brochure and looked at the different cabins and prices. We went in as there was a cruise to the Caribbean with prices starting at £899 in the window and ended up booking 2 cruises. Would definitely use Hays Bromborough again.

Myself and partner booked a very special holiday with Gill, she was very professional and thorough with all the information and figures. However seemed excited and happy for us, you would of thought Gill was coming with us haha.
All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely be back to book our next holiday with Gill at the Bromborough shop.

We had a fantastic experience with Hays Travel. We initially dealt with Kirsty over email, who was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. After finding a holiday elsewhere, we took the details into Hays Travel, and Kirsty managed to book exactly the same holiday for us at an even better price.

She was informative, welcoming, and took the time to make sure we understood everything throughout the booking process. Nothing was too much trouble, and her customer service was outstanding.

We couldn't recommend Kirsty and Hays Travel highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future!

We wouldn't dream of booking our holidays anywhere else but Hayes Travel in Bromborough - and it's all down to the absolutely brilliant Gill!
This is at least the second or third time she's looked after us, and every single time she is simply amazing. Gill is so polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble - she listens to exactly what we want, works tirelessly to find us the perfect holiday, and always goes that extra mile to get everything just right.
It's such a relief to have someone we can trust completely, who takes all the stress out of booking and genuinely cares about getting it right for us. Gill is a total asset to Hayes Travel - we'll keep coming back time and time again, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Gillian was absolutely amazing. Her dedication, knowledge, patience were exceptional. Due to family circumstances Gill and I ended up looking at all sorts of places - around the world in 5 days. She did not give up and found us an amazing deal. She was realistic in relation to costs and always checked in. Her mentorship and guidance to other team members was admiral and outstanding. We can't thank Gillian enough. She is dedicated to travel and providing the highest standard of care to all her customers. Hays travel you are lucky to have her - what an absolute legend.

Staff at Bromborough branch going above and beyond my expectation in order to get the best possible deal for me!

Knowledge staff provided suggestions and then sorted the booking for us when we had made our choice.

Repeat customer. Gillian was excellent.
Assisted throughout booking process, only issue I had was Easyjet increasing fare over weekend by £100 per person.
One for memory not to use again.
However I will use Hays again due to help received.
