We always receive a lovely warm welcome from everyone as they are all so very friendly. We use Hays Travel all of the time.
Natalie was super and really looked after us and helped us to find the Caribbean cruise that was suitable for us and within our price range. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our Travel Organiser was Morgan from the Bromsgrove office who dealt with our holiday requirements in a very professional and courteous manner. We completed the process by booking our September holiday with Hayes Travel to Malta and flying from Birmingham .
