Shani at Chapeltown branch was so accommodating and helpful. Kept us in the loop with dealings with the cruise company. Fielded and resolved our many questions. Rang to update us without prompting. Stayed over her usual working hours to ensure our booking was successful. We always use our Chapeltown branch to book holidays.
