Well that soon change never answer messages and enquiries then said that she had been blocked on Facebook could answer me but posting holiday on site. Had an awful time at airport needed assistance not heard from her messaged 12th October it now 17th of October still no reply WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THESE AGAIN!

I'm sorry you have felt the need to leave me a negative review, I'm glad you had a lovely time at Disney, unfortunately I couldn't answer messages during a period of time because I had to have facebook investigate, due to an issue, but because I have my posts already set to post I had no control over stopping them posting while I had the issues sorted out which I did explain to you as soon as I was able to message you, which was midday on the 17th October.
I also sent you information on how to put in a complaint regarding the treatment you faced at the airport but you didn't reply to me to let me know if your issue had been solved, as I don't have any control over the airports and the service you receive there all I could do was give you the information that I have to take the complaint forward.
