Great Travel Agents!!!
What a super experience we had when booking our cruise at Hays Travel Driffield, Victoria definitely went above and beyond. This is our first cruise and she explained everything fully, nothing was too much trouble. We also got a cup of tea, which was lovely :)

The staff at Driffield were,as ever
The staff at Driffield were,as ever, pleasant and helpful. Victoria was patient and knowledgeable and assisted us in choosing a holiday in Cyprus which should cater for all our needs. About an hour after the booking we asked to make a room upgrade and Victoria did this without any problem.
