Theresa Diplock and her colleagues at Hays Travel Eltham (the 'other' Theresa, Malanie,Tracy, Terri, Sam) are always outstanding and, yet again, this is the case with two bookings we have made recently, including Teresa looking ahead to early 2028 and planning ahead with care and total efficiency.

Me and my partner went to Hays in Eltham to book our honeymoon for next year. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. We spent time going through all of the elements which we wanted and they found our dream destination and resort. Highly recommend!!
