Simon was really friendly and extremely helpful in finding us what seems to be the perfect holiday , the ladies in there were also really friendly and heloful

Very helpful gave me loads of options and even tailored holiday to all our needs took time to explain everything to us and extremely patient

There is nothing better than going into a travel agents to book a holiday. I have been using Hays (and before that, Thomas Cook) for many years. We ALWAYS receive top service and they always give us the best deal. The staff are uber friendly and always have a great knowledge of the places we want to visit. Highly recommended.

Megan the young lady we dealt with was very curteous and helpful regarding our booking. Her friendly demeanour made the experience pleasant for us. Her quick and efficient juggling of our seating on plane and hotel requirements were impressive.

Your representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we asked. We came away feeling that all we have to do now is wait for the cruise to come round which is next year but if we have any queries in the meantime we will get answers to them.
