The staff really looked for the best option for us.
The staff were extremely helpful. Danielle served us and she was very patient when we kept saying ‘no’ to various options and I really felt that she was trying to find the best holiday that suited us.

Excellent Service from Emma
We went into the Garforth Branch on Tuesday after lastminute.com cancelled our booked package holiday less than 18 hours before we were supposed to go.
We were greeted by Emma who was an absolute saviour for us, finding us an alternative trip to a new destination for the same budget, including flights, transfers and accommodation and had us booked onto it in less than an hour. Emma was personable and showed us pictures of her own holidays when talking through our destination and was all round lovely to speak to. She was accommodating of our requests and budget constraints and worked to find us something that suited us both. She is a credit to the Garforth branch and company overall.

Another satisfactory experience Have used this branch several times
Have used this branch several times. Friendly helpful staff (natasha) who keep us informed as well as sorting out all our paperwork and boarding passes and our currency . Its our go to travel agents .we have gone with others as well as on line companies but have always been dusappointed with accommodstion once we got there

We were seeking advice and ended up…
We were seeking advice and ended up with a holiday plan that met our needs as well as being affordable. The staff were personable, helpful and knowledgable but did not push us to make a decision.
All we need now is some warm weather in southern Italy.
