Having contacted Gemma last year about helping us look for a holiday and then us changing our mind about where wanted to go and generally being very indecisive, I expected her to have thrown in the towel with us!! But contacted her only last week and asked her again (this time with a better idea) and she has helped us to find a lovely looking holiday in Rhodes. Communication is always good with Gemma and she responds so quickly responding to any questions we have. Third time booking with Gemma (Girls holiday to Paris with daughter, girls holiday with friends to Benidorm and now a family holiday to Rhodes) so would highly recommend
