Our first cruise.
Everything was explained down to the last detail. So simple to book our holiday (cruise) and saved so much money aswell. Staff at Hays are so helpful and friendly. And yes, we are so pleased.

James.. needs a mention too… very hot day & we’re given glasses of water.
Never been into Hays Travel in Hemel before but it will be my go too place in future.
