Helen, was professional went through everything that we wanted to know about our choice of going to Rhodes, when we were done, Helen got the paperwork and went through it all again to make sure we were happy with everything that we wanted to have, we have seen Sam when Helen wasn’t there, and she has also been helpful and professional, they all do a good job and we will always go with Hays Travel because we are so happy Mr and Mrs Nelson

Excellent high street service 💯
We really had no idea what we wanted but we were guided through the options and we're so happy with the outcome. Great service on the high street, long may they remain! Highly recommend Hays, they solved all our questions and took the hassle out of it for us. Excellent service.
