For the past 10 years I have booked countless holidays with Hays Travel and every time it has been easy and problem free. I contacted Hays through messenger and Ashleigh answered within minutes. Ashleigh actually booked my last holiday to Cyprus April 2026. I gave Ashleigh a quote on a Jet2 holiday I had found on the internet for September 2026 and she beat the price. Ashleigh booked the holiday and it was all sorted and I received my paperwork within 10 mins. Perfect customer service :) Highly recommended :)
