Hays Travel - Largs Avis 

Went into Largs branch of Hays Travel and spoke to Kim about a holiday. After a helpful conversation we were all booked up and ready to go. We would not book anywhere else as its always a pleasure booking our holidays at Hays in Largs.

Just a fantastic service and first class staff that why I constantly use them for my bookings

The agent who I dealt with got me a great deal.

Friendly helpful member of staff who help with booking etc.

Heather was very patient in finding us the correct holiday.

Heather from Largs shop was very helpful and knew her stuff and made thebooking process go smoothly.

I decided a few years ago to stop booking online and to book through my local travel agent, just to try and keep local staff in work and shops open.
Hays travel in Largs, it's always a pleasure to go in whether to book or make an inquiry. All the staff are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend them for any travel advice or bookings.

Would like to start by just saying this is not about the complete company just the individual person that we booked with start to finish complete lies false smile
We booked our first cruise with a girl called Heather she explained that was a new ship a year old and that she had previously had taken the same cruise on the same ship the previous year to start with there was no taxi or bus to pick us up from the hotel to take us to the port also the same on our return trip she booked witch we had paid for in the beginning flights late at night knowing that we got of the ship at 9 am had to wait all day in the airport as we had loads of luggage with us

Any way the best way to describe this ship stinking absolutely stinking before taking a shower had to lev the shower door open and the cabin door as it smelled like really damp to the point that couldn’t breath and just not in the cabin but almost every where on board was the same the food was completely bland everything taste the same in every restaurant there’s no words to describe the experience the poor staff on board looked completely exhausted all the time could hardly raise a smile on there feet all day can only say she must Heather must quit a lot of commission to sell this tat to unknowing customers would not recommend her honesty she’s as false Asher smile
Please do ur home work before booking a cruise also so much cheaper if u go on line we found out
I think the ship had been built along side the ARK
All completely lies at 3 times the price
Definitely wouldn’t recommend all the 5 star reviews on this site are maid up or have been bout
