Staff very welcoming on arrival. Prepared to listen and understand our specific requirement needs and wants and dealt with efficiently and took into account our comments and observations.Highly recommend with regard to all aspects of the service. Our holiday has been booked and look forward to reporting again and reviewing on return from our trip
