Hays Travel - Meadowhall Avis 

We were struggling to agree on a last minute holiday and had looked online but couldnt find anything to match our dates. We walked in to Hays Meadowhall and within 15 minutes Ebony had found a few options, narrowed down and booked! Amazing service and so easy. Ebony was able to answer all our questions, pull up the hotel on a map and show us how close to the beach etc.

Adam in the Meadowhall branch was fantastic and had excellent knowledge of where we wanted to go, hence us booking the holiday on our first visit to the store

We sat down with Adam the manager as soon as we entered the store. Our request was a little out of the ordinary, however Adam made light of the request and in minutes our request was fulfilled. As always a first class service

We were served by caitlin, she acknowledged us straight away and greeted us with a smile, she went through our options for the holiday and directed us to the best one for us listening to our needs as it would be our first cruise.

We have booked and tsken our holiday insurance with Sue on numerous occasions (at Hayes), she is always very helpful, guiding us through the best of plans. She has huge amount of experience, always helpful and cheerful.

Knew what I wanted but could not find the best flight times, Caitlin did some shopping around and found me what I wanted, came up with the same Hotel, (not that I told her what Hotel) transfer and a better flight time. All in all well done Caitlin, 5 stars for you.
