We keep coming back to Hays travel. The staff are so helpful throughout the booking process. They take time to explain even the smallest detail. Nothing is too much trouble. Paige was really lovely and had an informal friendly approach, we really felt confident in her ability throughout the booking process.

Felt rushed to make a decision , although on reflection Lexi was very patient as we had done little research prior to attending the travel agents.
